No. The ₹2,100 booking/token amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. This amount is used to confirm and secure your booking.

Airport transfers are included only when specifically mentioned in your selected package or quotation.

Yes. We offer scheduled group tours as well as customized group packages, subject to availability and minimum group requirements.

Visa/entry requirements and charges depend on the traveller's nationality and applicable regulations. Any applicable charges will be communicated separately unless specifically included in your package.

Travel insurance is included only when specifically mentioned in your package or quotation. We recommend travellers obtain suitable travel insurance.

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the package, airlines, hotels, activities and other suppliers involved. Applicable cancellation charges will be communicated according to the booking terms.

Date changes may be possible subject to airline, hotel and supplier availability and applicable charges.

If you cancel your booking within 14 days of the scheduled tour departure date, no refund will be provided (₹0 refundable).

Once your booking is confirmed and the flight tickets have been booked, 50% of the total booking amount may be refundable, subject to the applicable airline cancellation/refund rules. The remaining amount is non-refundable because flight tickets, hotel reservations, and other travel services may already have been paid or committed to suppliers. Important: the actual refund will depend on the cancellation charges and refund amount received from the airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
